If I have all the necessary information about your order,
you will receive an invoice from me for the down payment (50%) .
Once the money has been received, you have a permanent place on my order list.
During the painting process I will send you photos of the intermediate steps again and again
of your future picture by email.
This way you always have an overview and can let me know whether it meets your needs.

waiting period
The waiting time is usually around 2-4 weeks.
Depending on the order situation, it can also take a little longer/shorter.
Shipment
Please always check your goods upon receipt for possible defects
Transport damage!
If there is any damage , please open the package in person

Important additional information / rights of use
You acquire your bird portrait with a simple, private right of use.
Commercial use of the image is not permitted.
By placing your order, you agree that I can take photos and videos of intermediate steps through to completion
of the image on social networks (Facebook, Instagram) and
may publish on my website.
(Surprise portraits will of course be kept secret until delivery)

After receipt of the money, the portrait sets out on its journey to you or to its future owner.
If you don't like it, I'll keep the deposit as an expense allowance.
In this case I will use the portrait for something else.
